Terms of Service
These terms govern access to FRIMAJ and the use of FRIMAJ credits.
Last updated: September 28, 2026.
1. The service
FRIMAJ provides AI-assisted tools for creating architecture and interior visualizations from user-provided images, screenshots, instructions, and other permitted inputs. Features, supported engines, output sizes, and availability may change as the service develops.
The service is operated by an individual.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. You must provide accurate information and use the service only in compliance with applicable law.
The agreement to provide your FRIMAJ account begins when your account is created. Using the service requires an internet connection, a current web browser with JavaScript enabled, and access to your account email. You can end the account service and request account deletion by contacting support through the Contact page. Data deletion and any necessary retention are explained in the Privacy Policy.
3. Credits and generation charges
FRIMAJ credits are used only for generations within FRIMAJ. The credit cost is shown before each generation. Credits are reserved when a generation begins and charged only for completed images. If no image is completed, all reserved credits return to your FRIMAJ credit balance. If only some images are completed, the unused reserved credits return to that balance. This is a return of credits within FRIMAJ, not a refund to your payment method. Credits are not cash, cannot be transferred between users unless FRIMAJ expressly enables that feature, and cannot be withdrawn as money.
4. Payments and taxes
When checkout is available, credit packs are sold through Stripe Managed Payments, with Link acting as merchant of record. Prices are shown in USD and include applicable taxes, including VAT. No tax is added on top of the selected pack price at checkout. Checkout may offer a local currency. If you choose it, Stripe's exchange rate and conversion fees apply. Clearly marked test checkout does not collect real payments. Payment refunds, if any, are handled under applicable law and applicable payment-provider terms. When a refund is initiated or a payment is disputed, the corresponding credits may be removed proportionally. If a refund fails or a chargeback is reversed, the credits removed for that adjustment are restored. Generation may be paused when previously spent credits leave an unresolved payment adjustment. Payment questions can be sent through the Contact page. Terms presented at the time of any earlier purchase continue to apply to that transaction.
5. Your inputs and generated outputs
You must have the rights needed to upload and process your inputs. You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before professional, commercial, construction, regulatory, or client use. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or visual inconsistencies and must not be treated as verified technical documentation.
Results may differ from your expectations or from examples shown on the website. Reaching a desired result may require several generations, each charged as described in section 3. We do not guarantee a particular artistic result. This does not limit your statutory rights if the service is defective or does not conform to the contract.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use FRIMAJ to violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, contractual obligations, or security restrictions. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, abuse service infrastructure, reverse engineer protected systems, or use the service to distribute malicious content.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Maintenance, third-party provider outages, model changes, or security events may affect availability. We may modify or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FRIMAJ is provided without guarantees that generated outputs will be accurate, complete, suitable for a particular professional purpose, or accepted by a client or authority. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Contact
Questions about these terms or the service can be sent through the contact details published on the Contact page.
To report a service problem or make a complaint about a payment or credit balance, email support with your account email and a description of the issue. If available, include the relevant transaction or generation reference. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details. We will review the complaint and reply by email within the time required by applicable law.
